  1. Just got a text from Waynio.... "I got a meesly 7th!" his exact words. Well, i think most will agree that is pretty awesome. So congratulations mate and heres to the rest of the uk team well done all. :- Congrats danny
  2. Thanks for the help... Il do that today and see how it goes. Its good to know im not going crazy. Was starting to think that i was missing some obvious step in keeping the thing tight. I think the bolt is ok... thanks for the offer though, if i get stuck il let you know. thanks again danny :P
  3. was that on the bolt through axle? i just want to make sure im not missing something in tightening it up. danny
  4. On the inside there will be a little lip all the way round. You can get new collars but the only place i know is from here Awesome.. thankyou "trialsboy560" Hopefully will be all it is... If anyone has experienced this problem with the same bolt through axle... any information would be greatly appreciated. danny.
  5. ok thanks il check that out in the mornin (1030pm here in oz right now). What does it look like the race bit? Can i fix it or do i need to order new one? ... can i order a new race bit? sorry if questions are stupid. I prefer to spend time riding my bike then talkin bout bikes. thanks danny.
  6. just looked on king site... there is absolutely no information on tightening the hub when its the bolt through version. PLEASE! if someone has a bolt through king hub and understands what im talking about please post asap. thanks again. *loctite wont work... not goin to explain y. but thanks >_<
  7. Ive got the Classic Rear King which is great (over 3years old now and stil strong) Its got steel driveshell, upgraded axle and funbolts. Its absolutely bombproof and never skips... ever (partly due to nice finishline lube inside). Anyways just lately the cones have come loose every ride. In fact today they came loose 3 times in a 2hour session. I carry the lil allen key to tighten them up with me. But there seems to be a real problem goin on here and i dont wanna risk damaging the mechanism inside. Does anyone know why it does this? It came loose once or twice before the upgrades were done... and since upgrades were done was still good (upgraded bout a year ago) just for no apparent change in conditions ... its started coming loose every ride. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance danny OH YEAH.... in case you dont know... with thebolt through axle its bit different. In standard hub u loosen adjusting cone... tighten with allen keys at both ends then tighten up cone. With bolt through there is no way the allen keys will tighten at each end of hub. So i guess what im really asking is how do u tighten it properly when you have the bolt through version???? Sorry if im confusing.. hell, im confused now. Thanks again >_<
  8. Just adding to the list of riders who use Brahmas... Akkers! When he was out here he left his bike at my place (sorry i stil aint sent it back if u read this mate) but yeah he had those grips on there (now on my bike!) and they are awesome. Let me know where i can get more from!! Brahmas all the way! danny
