  1. Yeh man, I mustve seemed like some sorta nutter! I rode the following evening but like I said, had a bent chainring so I had to go straight back to whitstable.
  2. Noone replied, but I met 2 guys riding Whitstable and saw a few more at Herne Bay. Herne Bay looks like a decent ride but I fecked my bike when I was there, meh.
  3. Hey, I'm going to be visiting my grandparents in Whitstable this week (Tues 20th onwards). I will be bringing my trials bike and I was wondering if there are any T-F'ers in the area that would be interested in a 'lil ride. Bear in mind i'm no great rider, but it'll still be a laugh and I hear Herne Bay is a good spot. I'm not so sure I can use PM's whilst in the n00b category, so you can email me at tux AT whythef**knot.com if you wanna ride. Cheers guys. (and gals?)
  4. Cheers fellas, I'll take a look at the flies.
  5. Sorry, that wasn't clear. Single Digit, not SpeedDial
  6. Hey guys, I've had a quick search and I havn't really found an answer. I'm running an Avid SD7 on an XT lever for my front with a Ceramic rim. I've been using the Rim Wrangler 2 cartridge pads that came with the Avid so far, and I find them way too grabby they even stick once you release the lever. What i'm looking for is a pad with decent bite, but with good modulation so I can stoppie, front tap, etc. Currently i'm trying a Plaz CRV but, again, it's a bit eager. Any ideas? TIA
