Smoking does affect your health, whether its in a small way or a big way. Anyone that says it doesn't is an idiot. My granda died from lung cancer in his early 50's which he most likely would have never got if he didn't smoke.
But aye, you'll notice a difference in how long you can ride for without getting nackered if you quit.

Get the blade instead and change the front brake to a hope mono trial, works out around the same price as a comp standard, but with a better front wheel.

Its not really good publicity for old songs because they are not shown in the title. If it was: Not alone - Olive (tinchy shitter remix). I wouldn't mind but it's the fact there gettin no credit.
It doesn't really matter if its shown in the title or not, if people like the sound of the original then most of the time they'll find out what it is. You can't tell me that these remixes haven't attracted peoples attention to the originals.

My point is the song is a dance classic and all tinchys done is rapped over it. The song is good because the actual song is not the rapping.
I know the originals a dance classic which I would agree is a good song. I like the fact that artists like Tinchey are rapping over old songs. I think it add's a good twist to classic tracks and makes them more modern, which you must admit is also good publicity for the originals.

I think it's a good song. Different people have different tastes and besides, there's plenty other music out there for you to listen to, no need to come on a forum and rant about songs you don't like.

Ok thanks ill change it over and see how it feels,
Also one last question, rear sprocket size, smaller the harder the gear? i am running a 18t on the front with 16t on back, if i changed the 16t to a 13/14 would make it harder gearing giving me more poweR?
18 - 12 is the norm on a mod bike, a smaller cog will give you a lot more power.

Actually, the rear one has a yellow stripe aroun it, but its fades quite easyly.
Yeah, they are the bouncyest tyres everrrrrrrr.
The older ones had a white stripe, the more recent ones have a yellow stripe.
Not the best tyre for grip, but nice and bouncy.

The pro is a far better bike, it comes with a front freewheel set up as apposed to the rear freewheel set up on the bird. The rear freehwheel set up gives a much lighter kick which makes progression harder. The pro also has the added bonus of four bolt brake mounts and built-in tensioners. As far as I'm aware the length of the 2 bikes are the same, not 100% on that though.
