  1. Hey, there's only really me left now! Haven't ridden for a long time, but I'm up for starting up again if there's gonna be more people about! Getting a bit old now so can't do what I used to be able to, but I still love it all the same!

Message me when you're gonna be out next, will see if I can join you.

  2. I used a V on the front for the first 10 years of riding, and always said it was better than any disc you could throw at me!

Of course a few weeks ago I changed to a front disc, and I can happily say I wuoldn't go back. It might not be as light as a V, but it certainly works alot better, and didn't need any setting up!

  3. I hope everyone has a really nice day tomorrow...worn my fluffy bunny tee all day today and had a drink for david !

    fingers crossed for good weather

    Will do!

Salisbury crew are preparing to leave, so see you all soon!

Also, anyone know if we can still buy FBM t-shirts? Mine's a bit old now so wouldn't mind buying a couple more if I can.

    Cheers, muchlove

  4. Well obviously the forks, but wont that give you a massive BB drop as rigid forks will be a fair bit shorter? So it would be a nightmare to ride like that, meaning a frame change may be in order too.

Cranks & BB are no good, gearing is way too difficult, then possibly bars & stem depending on how it feels to ride (Stem looks a bit short)

Personally I'd use it for what its made for and buy a trials bike if you wanna learn trials...

  5. As title really! Saw someone riding down London Road on an Echo with red rims about lunchtime, and someone else saw the same person near the bus station at about 4pm. Never seen you before and hopefully you're on here!

(Not sure if this would be the right section, so feel free to move if necessary!)

  6. Howdy all!

Couple of us from Salisbury are venturing down Sunday providing the weather stays good, so if anyone wants to join us then come on down!

As neither of us have ridden here before, we have no idea if there's a 'usual' meeting point, but I have heard its a small place so I'm sure it won't be too difficult to bump into each other!
