lol so it was just 'prawns' knock off pads? is there anything i can do to stop them from wearing down so quickly straight away?
-
hey, ive just ordered some plazmatic pads because i done some research on them and most peoples comments were extremly good, but now that i bought them i done some more reasearch and saw a few replys saying that there plazmatic pads have lost half the pad in one ride and have yellow dust on there rim people started saying it was just a 'bad batch' but im quite worried now as i dont have the money to keep buing pads if they run out...
what i want to know is...
has anyone bought some plazmatic pads recently? and have they worn down really quick?
also if they are still wearing down quick do they work good on a smooth rim? and not wear down as fast
thanks any help appricieated

there only £14 from heatsink and you know your going to get your pads whereas any random person could be un reliable and take ages to send ... not pointing the finger though
-
meh ribos ***. they are super comfy. give a bit of ankle support, lightweight, and super grippy. the best shoes ive ever rode in. and yeh it effect my riding as i can grip better. used to slip alot when i had my trainers
second all of that

i dont think so they just get every company to sponser? (give them money) so when you ring confused up all random companys names are there.. there will be an odd few that confused wont search for you (less popular companys) but to add ther extra on would be a bit silly as you could just ask confused for the cheapest and ask who its off (ie:tescos) then ring tesco's up
both my mam and dad rang confused and got there insurance alot cheaper than usual

wat pads you using? and is it on a grind with tar? just your brake sounds as though it would work beast
-
why dont you scronge £25 from someone then you can get a frame and a tensile freewheel... or you could try and find a frame second hand
-
my pads were also shite on a harsh grind, my mate tried them too and wasnt impressed after both of us read the reviews
ive give up on them now and use plazmatics
-
what sort of surface you got on your rim? grind or smooth?
grind = coustsinks
smooth = zoo! pads
also the search will bring out loads of useful results
-
try designing and making one yourself it would be cool to do
