i need help getting my music back onto my computer...
basically, my computer got a virus, so everything get swiped, so i had to re-download itunes, but now ive got no music on and when i try and connect them it says do i want to sync my ipod with the itunes library, so it will then erase my ipod aswell...
...is there anyway to sync the itunes with the ipod so it downloads from the ipod, not the library???
any helps appreciated.

i use them front and rear, rear works really good, with an absolutley dead grind.
front, on a smooth rim, not so good all the time, but i got them half price so i think there worth the money
