Ok, cheers for the quick reply. Thinking about it now i should think it is becuase the piston is slightly out of line as i did go quite rough on it to put it back in..

OK guys , i know i made a topic like this a few days ago but i think i might have stuffed it totaly. . . Basicly after i pressed the leaver without the disk in and the pistons poped out , but since then i have rebled the system.. But now the pistons stick out about 0.2 mm, but only one piston will move and the other will stay put... When you bleed the system do you need to push the pistons right back? Becuase thats not what i did and i dont know if thats what is causing the problem... Any suggestions, really want to ride! Brad

Hmm i think your right .. it does, the brake is ok but it doesnt feel all that wall. I have some dot 4 , but how do i bleed hope? I am geusing you put a pipe on the bottom end and top it up through the top bit? Ah, now worries il search

ALl sorted now guys, did the lighter to pads , did the trick cheers edit: war - Yeah , luckily i managed to jam some screwdrivers in and bodge back in..

I had this problem today, check my topic in the members area. I simply boiled the disk , sanded and put a lighter to the pads and put it all back on and hosed it off, like dan said to do.. So far it works exelent, and dont forget to ride down a small hill with the brakes on.
