who has used them and what are they like, ive looked on heatsinkbikes and they say that they are good but i wanted to hear other people opinions on how they hold and if they wear away fast or not

depends really if you are tall then you can ride both mod and stock but if arent then i would suggest a mod, or if you cant decide... get a 24"

I use the long(145mm) echo team stem and it feels great and would recommend them to anyone

in my opinion i would probably get the zona as it looks better and suits my height but for your height i would probably say the t-pro
