Hi there, i was once spinning my wheel to check if my brakes were rubbing and ihad my fingers on the chain, at this piont i wasnt aware that i had them on the chain so i spun the wheel farley quickley and the chain took my finger straight on to my freewheel, ouch it killed i had to pull my finger off the tooth on the freewheel i ran home and cleaned it up now i am left with i nice spasticated finger nail

Hi, in the dry weather the heatsink blues are just simply incrediable the new red compuond heatsink have go are supposed to be awsome in dry and wet weather conditions too, also koxx reds are amazing too but i have been using my heatsink blues at the moment and have been working a beast hope this helps.

Hi there, i always use a metal cutting disk so i can ge a nice deep grind when i give the rim a bit of a push with the disk and it works wonders for me
