well i got it bled off the bike and set it up then up again oh ye and it was bled fully

Well my brake recently stopped working when the wheel wanted to move backwards then slowly it stopped working alltogether. so i got the brake bled. sanded all the old tar off the rim and pads. and it is still doing the same thing only this time it works when the bike is going forwards just not atall when going backwards (balancing on rear wheel) can any one help?

Not a good idea. I think you can only get bends heat-treated and reformed not cracks.
