hi all i can gap about four and half foot to flat and about five and a half foot on drop gaps i just cant seem to gap ant further but i know i can do it if i really tried, is there a special technique to gapping further any help/advice appreciated thanks ben

my mate went over a dirt jump (he has no idea how to dirt jump!) he wanted to stop just before he go to the jump but it was too late he went over the jump he didnt even stand up he just rode over it,he his front wheel landed he was that steep on the front wheel that he was actually riding on his front and he slowly went over the bars and landed in mud.He was ok but i was dying of laughter it was one of those times where you had to be there to see it cheers ben

ive knackered/snapped 4 chains 2hubs 2 freewheels 3 pairs of sus forks 1 magura hose 1 truvativ isis bb 1 spoke 1 quick release skewer had to have bearings in two hubs rebuilt 1 pair of truvativ isis cranks and thats about it cheers ben

Hi My mates got a monty alp 2005 hes just got hydraulics for it but the frames flexing, what FOUR BOLT booster would fit over a 2.7 tyre.I was thinking an onza one or an rb but will they fit over the tyre and onto the mounts thanks ben

hi there, i really want to learn to hook on walls i thinks it looks ace but i dont have the confidence to do it yet. Could everybody who can hook walls please give me some tips to boost my confidence. thanks ben

na mate t-poos dont have disk mounts on the back.you might be able to get some welded on but it might weaken your frame! rear hs33 and a disk on front if you like the julie and you have the money thengo for it cheers ben

i wouldnt risk putting it in a dishwasher becausethey get up to a high temperature and the disk will warp
