hi there, im thinking of selling my onza zoot frame. It has been powder coated white and had black powder coated onza forks.

Id copy something simple to start. As its your first 1 you dont want to be doing something to complex with difficult bends and weld gusseting. thats my opinion anyway

160mm disc will be fine on a mod mate. more than enough stopping power providing ur hydros are wroking properly

If you are looking for a new frame id stick with a mod. Your used to riding mod, if you move to a stock it will take a bit of getting used to. The fact that you have all the part for a mod helps to as it will work out cheaper for you.
Or better still just change the stem to start see if that helps.
