    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Ford-Focus-Mondeo-Co...1QQcmdZViewItem

    This is what you want.

    post-9211-1173999629_thumb.jpg

Best way to do it if your going to covert to a single din is to buy a plastic single din convertor then use a form of putty to tidy it up.

I know someone who could do you up a whole new center console any color you want for around £50

    p.s this is a tutorial.

Made this today at work so i thought i would do a how to on the way...........

First make sure the facia plate fits correct,if not flat the edge where it meets the facica

    DSC00152.jpg

I key the facia plate and the facia with a red scoth pad on all the edges

    DSC00153.jpg

The flat areas are flatted with a 400 grit disc on a D.A sander

    DSC00154.jpg

Try the facia plate again,to make sure of a nice fit,i was happy so i glue the back of the facia blank to the facia plate so they is no movement whilst filling

    DSC00155.jpg

I clean the panel off with a de-greaser

    DSC00157.jpg

Now ready for a skim of filler,i used ultima plastic padding filler.

    DSC00159.jpg

Once left to dry for around 30mins,ready to sand the facia flat, using a 180 grit on a rubber block (stops any ripples) moving to a 320 then 400.

    DSC00170.jpg

Once flat, use the de-greaser once again,if you find any pin-holes you can add a little more filler and re-do the above

    70fda894.jpg

    Now im ready for primer

One light coat, allowed to dry for five minutes, then two wet coats, five minutes between each coat

    DSC00169.jpg

Following a 30 minute bake,i applie a guied coat(a light coat of black aerosol over to top)

    4fd2e87c.jpg

The panel is flatted with 1000 wet, until the guied coat is gone(once it is gone theywill be no imperfetions)

    adef952c.jpg

Again de-grease the the panel then i used a tak-rag to remove any dust particals before i start to applie the base coat

    e53387d1.jpg

After ive applied one light coat then two wet coats then finaly a drop coat(a light coat to give it a uniform) of Ford Nimbus grey im ready to laqure.

I then applie two wet coats of laqure with 95% matting agent and bake for 30 mins.........job done! :D

  2. Rotterdam terror corps, all of their tunes.

    Neophyte.

Put gabber into limewire and it'll come up with quite a few.

    Sweet, downloading...

Can you give me names of some popular tunes..

cause there were ones on there being played loads of times that were pretty good.

  3. being a welsh ford enthusiast an a member of ffoc an rsoc, would you then know the arrogant ginger en1s that is cochyn, no offence if ur mates with him like, but hes the biggest pillock goin, as for the stig not being that good, bear in mind hes not used to the cars hes driving there, the owners are, he wont be willing to push the car too far on a day like that,as if crashes its major bad publicity rs owners will be wiling to push there cars in the pursuit of glory of beating a mystery man/men.

    Whats the blokes name/user?

Two blokes were getting better times than him.

One is 36 and the other 42, both ford rs enthusiasts.

The cars were supplied by ford for the track use.

The stig asked if he could use one of they're cars as he believed there's could be quicker.

  4. People found out who the black stig was, thats why he was killed off.

Then they say the new stig is lots of different people with experience with each car (hence why he is so good) or an old f1 driver.

The stig is an ex orange arrows test driver.

And he's not all that brilliant, me and dad helped out at a ford rs owners day at the top gear track, and there were rs owners beating the stig round the track.

He wasnt happy to say the least.

  5. p.s

If your going to buy one and your in school, college uni... or whatever, make sure you buy it through the education store.

You will get a shit load knocked off.

Well... my'n with my upgrades should have cost just over £1200 but with the student discount I got it for around £920 (Y)

  6. macs are for spacs (Y)

    pc is where its at

    Thats really quite funny.

    Mac ***.

mac will own pc every time.

You are true in saying mac is leading the photo industry.

The way I look at it...

if you want an average computer to do basic stuff get a pc.

If you want a computer that will actually work and do the job properly buy a mac.

Photo, music, video... you name it mac owns.

    And...

If you buy a newer one you can just boot up in windows for games and shit.

Personally i wont touch it, because I have not trust in xp.

  7. Isnt there a newer version of bootcamp now that fixes a lot of the driver issues?

Cheers man, didnt realise there was a new one available.

    Got it downloading now (Y)

It's not just me having problems then i take it....

if not it's due out pretty soon - which means more work for me :(

    aha, how come dude?

  8. Right, put boot camp on my intel based mac a while back now, got windows on it okayy.

Had a few problems with the hardware, sorted out my sound yesterday.

But I can't find the Airport hardware I need...

If someone has had the same trouble and found the hardware, could you please guide me.

It's not a serious problem, because 99% of the time I use osx for obvious reasons, But i'm going to be looking to sell this soon for another, so I would like it all set up ready for the sale :)

    Cheers in advance.

    Luke.

  10. I've had 2 Vauxhall Corsa's. Flaire 1.4 and then a GSI 1.6. The Falire need working doing, everything need i got from Halfords. It took a weekend to do it and nothing spechail needed at all. Cheap to run. GSI was mint, needed oil thats it and shifted like a bat out of hell. Only downer was insurance is costly as both hot hatches. £1800+ insurance and not even fully comp 3PFT

Ford. 1st was a MkIII 1985 2.8i V6 Capri. Needed a clean, a service, mot, tax and tune. Mind i got it for £20 so meh. For a nearly 22 year old car it still runs mint and goes nuts. Wet weather and roundabout, im the drift king.

Escort 1.8 TD, £10 is all she cost me. Saw it parked up and this old man needed it gone. It did not want to kick over. Mate and me took it away, charged battry, had a play draine the lines, cleaned them out and toped it back up. Vrommm soon as the key turn't. We then stripped the gubbing out of her, everything that was not needed to be legal went out the thing. it was very loud, roar, cold, empty but oh man did it go some. Wivked road legal rally car and. Found a guied online on how to up the boost presure so we though £10 and 2 hours work, wicked toy so far lets she what we can get out of it. Wacked it up some and enjoyed the ride. raced her at Castle Comb and then Santapod and did rather well. Sold her on ebay for £1000, £990 invesment, £90 went on the beers between Toby nd my self. Insuance was so dirty cheap £150

Siera 4x4, i got this beasty for £250 and my it was a dream, 4x4, huge torge and pulling, bikes, kids etc easy in and out. Insance was high on her sadly £500 but it was a nice car even for the age.

Fiesta Zetec S, ooo baby did she move. Had a HKS turbo fitted and raced it a lot. sadly i missed judged soemthing and plowed her into a wall round a corner. Had a mate behind in my ST24 and i jumped cars asap and ripped out the gubbings. Called the old bill saying she was nicked and i just got home from work blah blah. I pulled it off got a huge payout. She cost £3k for the turbo kit to be fitted and all the tuning. Insuance was £900

ST24, 2.5 V6, bought this for £500 cash and was valude at £8,500. Does go more than anyhting i know of localy. Cam belt is an ass to change but only cos of the big lump in there. Cost load to run as she drink but i make her drink a lot due to a drilled air box, 32mm hole and lots of them, as well as an air temp sensor mod. Insurance now for me on her is £300 full comp a year.

Focus RS, was a present to my self. saw it in the paper for £10k, talked the gu down to £8.5k. Nowt more to be said that she was a wicked car, never had any problems. Well not till a spin on the motor way when someone hit the back of it and she was a right off. Insuance paid full out

Focus ST. I just got given this as it was left to me in my brother will. I've only just got out of plaster and not ment to be driving but have had a play quickly and i mean quickly. Love the hidden extras like red back lights at night or when the doors open foot well is red. Of corse it is the orange one. Insurance on this baby is less than my ST24 @ £250. Again fully comp as it;s all i use.

Currently have a few of the fords still - Capri, ST24, Focus ST and a Mazda RX8

Nowt wrong with a ford. Again can do it all at home but has never once died on me. I rag them, mod them, crashed them and walked away. Insuance is cheap as is running. All parts easy to get and cheap. Vauxhall sucks full stop but the GSI was f**king cool and modded a lot in the end.

I prefer my capri over anyhting but the Focus ST is screaming out to me still and im awaiting to play

    f**k me!

    you talk some shit.

There's no way you bought an rs for 8.5 so shut the f**k up.

Well.. you may have but it would be well and truely shagged.

I'm not going to quote anything else, because your full of shit.

My opinion on this would be a ford.

    I wouldn't touch a vauxhall.

hi get a vaxhall van, my dad has got one and it came with alloys and body ex, it looks smart.

    Oh dear.
