tom-trials replied to minicrack's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
Hey Im Tom I live in Heanor not been riding for that long so i enjoy riding on our local industrial estate. I ride with my mate Adam mostly and we just ride pallets at this factory about 80% of the time its great! -
Hey! For about just over a week now I have been getting a little frustrated over my cranks they never shut up! Theyre either creaking or making some kind of noise its realy irritatating and it seems there is no way to sort it out ive tried bb tightening wd40 ultra tightening via a hammerand the rest . Does anybody else have this problem ? And have a good way to sort it out? Thanks Alot Tom

Well to be entirely honest i dont have a central music taste if i hear a song i like the sound of well hey i like it *laugh* but i do like remixes of songs like if i think a song needs livening up i will favour the remix of it Club and House over metal

Hi my name is Tom I am 15 years old I live in Heanor which is a town in between Nottingham and Derby.I ride an onza t-lite which is linked further down. I ride with my favourite riding buddy Adam aka watto and my cousin liam aka baseguy occasionaly thers a ride with Danny foster or other riders from around the area and thers plenty of spots to ride for all capabilities. Ive been riding since November last year and are kinda getting there, my favourite type of riding is street and riding on pallets! I cant say very much about natural because i havnt had very much natural riding experience. thanks for reading My bike http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/960741/ http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/960742/

Hey folks! Just looking on tarty and saw the citrus pads and i would like to know if anybody runs them and can give me the good/bad points of them because this weekend its either get new pads (i dont realy need them but ive wanted to give citrus a shot for a long time) or i could buy a new wheel build on front due to me having a new front rim . So basically can you either tell me what i would be better of doing or whether or not the pads are good. thanks Tom

Yeah happens to me frequently. I jus ride with my leg as far away as i can when i am rolling (well as far as it feels comfortable on the pedal) It is a royal pain in the ass its destroyed my chavidas joggers and some brand new levis jeans i know i shouldnt have been wearing them but i wasnt doing any "proper" riding. And Matt you seem to think profiles are gods gift to trials riders which they kinda are but front freewheels can be just as good like my tensile has more engagements than your profile and probably hasnt skipped as much thers my essay for today Tom

hey guys just a little something i wanted to share with you. anybody ever gotten realy annoyed with your grips sliding down your bars because they are ripped at the ends? to solve this problem upon purchase of new grips invest in sum bar ends i use the id mini bar ends from tarty there only about 3 quid .slam em on the ends of your bars then put your grips on theres no way anything can penetrate through it so that means no mud or anything when you put your bike down too its saved me alot of frustration so i just thought id share it (sorry if its a well known thing and i just didnt know about it :$ ) thanks Tom-trials

hey i was just wondering if anyone else is like me and are realy self-consious of noises their bikes make eg creaking and crackling noises etc it realy puts me off my riding sometimes to know that there could be a problem with my bike as i love it to bits. I find a mp3 player helps but i just wondered if any of you share the same problem so i dont feel like im the only one
