dont particually want to see like 6-7 years of cycling go down the drain if you know what i mean.
dont worry you won't, i stopped riding about a year before i broke my foot, 2 operations down the line, about 2 1/2 - 3 years off and im already riding better than i used to, and ive had my bike 4 days.
i assume your having/going to have physio, if not go get some, theyre great, they really helped me out when i was walking like a spacker which then sorted most of the pain

take it easy. its the single most important piece of advice you'll get. i did too much too soon and regret it.
other than that, lots of stretching, make sure your walking correctly, dont add weight till you can do most things you used to be able to near on perfectly.
oh and if youve got any restrictions in movement becuase of the injury you probably wont ever have the same strength again

i'll deffinately be up for that, i remember the first one so hopefully this should be loads better
i may have room for a few bodies depending on how desperate you are but it may envolve sharing a bed as my rooms filled with it

My brother has GIVE me his car for about 4 months as it is. as I didnt have one. SO i kinda need to give him something. I had some money save, then the gear box blew up. so had to sort that.
surely he must know about that you had to fork out for the gearbox so he should be understanding that you had to spend money that you wouldve given to him on the car,
and could you not ask your mum for the money, she knows your good for it and she'll get it back quickly, you wont have to pay interest and she understands that your brother needs it and that you had to fork out for a gearbox??

they are better for strenght and your knees.
atg isnt better for your knees, nor is it better for your leg strength
it is however better for your core to go deeper as it puts it under more strain

I was reading some car magazine the other day that said quite a few companies are charging more for TPFT than fully comp, that was for older drivers though but still worth taking into account.
ive had TPFT quotes higher then fully comp
and just to make you jealous i can insure a lupo 1.4 for 900 quid or a sport for 400 quid more, at 18, no ncb, no experiance, both fully comp, own policy, no added drivers all optional extras like windscreen, breakdown cover, was with churchill
