    What do you guys with rear disks find the bite and hold to be like compared to a magura?

    I'm currently running koxx browns on a grind, and it works very well, but i would like it to keep working well in all conditions. If a disk could give me just as good bite and hold as my current set-up, i would be extremely happy. (Y)

    Terry said something about another day at the warehouse, so if anyone is there with a rear disk, expect me to be asking to try it :(

    At the hampshire comp today, i noticed more people seem to be using a dual disk set-up. I have just got a hope mono trial on the front, and i would now really like to try one on the rear. It would be going on a toxsin frame. What are you oppinions? will it just snap? or will it last 6 months then snap? worth a try?

    So what if your going out on Saturday night Fred? The comp is on Sunday :P

    I will be there, I havent actually posted the forms yet, the envelope is sat downstairs waiting to be posted, Terry and Hazel will hate me again, my form always gets there after the deadline B)

    I have my form sat next to me still :blink: It'l be another one of them send the form off and phone to confirm i can ride thingy's again...

    Oh gay, just thought i would get it all together to post on my way to college, and i have no stamps :lol: no money to buy stamps either :- :P

    I saw it the other night, thought it was pretty good, i havent seen the first one, but i dont think you really need to. It basically tells you what happened in the first one at the end of this one.

    It does keep you thinking, trying to piece it all together, but at the end it all makes sense... I'll deffinatly be going to see saw 3, i assume by the end that they will be making a third. (Y)

    If you supply photos of you doing it, along with masks or rubber solution, then ok.

    Seriously though, if you're capturing more than one image, do a video. Then you can do 24 every second!

    masks? rubber solution? dont get too technical... i just did GCSE photography a couple of years ago, and discovered the wonders of playing in the darkroom...

    I have built my last few wheels myself, I have found that spending a few £ on spokes and a little time building gives me enough extra cash in my wallet not to worry when it buckles B)

    I'm not the best at building wheels, my builds hold upto most of the abuse that i put them through though, and i'm getting better with each wheel i build, so hopefully, as my riding progresses, so will my wheels (Y)

    I could try some for you. I dont no what you mean by "good" riders, but i will be having to get a new rim in the next couple of weeks, so if i have got some good pads to use, then i'll hold back on grinding it :lol:

    I will be running an onza rim (26" if that makes a difference)
