bikespace Posted October 25, 2008 Report Share Posted October 25, 2008 (edited) Well please excuse the phone photo's - they look damned fine at only 1 inch by 1 inch, but not quite so fine on a big screen.This is a new build bike kindly supplied by Mr Savage.All gone together very nicely and the lad is over the moon with it. I can't believe how light the thing is.And after breaking the Magura crossover cable within 24 hours we've now added the reinforced crossover cable and an HSI brake booster, and also moved to running the brakes on vodka - yep - cheap Aldi vodka - let's see how it goes. The brakes are good, can't see them freezing, lets see if there are any side effects Rough spec:Bionic B2, Tryall hubs/rims, Worldcat ISIS cranks, ZHI greeneye freewheel, ZHI stem, VIZ bars and headset, hope front disc brake, and for now I've pinched a set of HS33's for the rear off a previous Monty - and added vodka as a test Edited October 25, 2008 by bikespace Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
