Really Bodged Chain Tension.

My dropouts are really annoying me. Like The gap changes a few mm as it goes along.

And so move the axles the have got stuck in the frame. Well one of them can move.

So i gave up. Then thought i'll make a tensioner.

Cut up plastic coke bottle + electrical tape.

Few layers of plastic, then bum raped with tape.

Then taped to the frame.

Ridden it for about an hour now and seems to be fine.

Is that a zona zip ? If so, no wonder you've done that, noticed on a friend bike, no matter what chain tensioners he used, his chain tension would never stay, his chains always slack, nice little idea, maybe look into makeing something similar, abit safer and stronger ?
