You could go to the toilet before you go riding and save 50g if you really force one out.

Or equally try laxatives, save kg's ive found. But beware of dehydration.

Getting Echo SL parts makes your bike slightly lighter and just small things like titanium bolts or using 3 layers of cellatape as rim tape. Scrounge for every last gram on parts because it all adds up.

I've currently got Onza tuf guy forks and soon i'm getting Echo SL's, that will hopefully save about 300g but i just want to know what people think of them? Anyone had any problems with them? And are they flexy of quite stiff?

Tuff guys weigh about 1300 grams and the echo sl weigh about 600grams soo your saving more then you think :P
