George.E
HeyI have a Hope Mono mini front brakeThis one : http://www.kudubikes.co.uk/shop/images/pro...opmonotrial.jpgWhich is fitted onto echo lite forks with no adaptor.I use to have a 180mm or a 183 mm rotor on it and it worked fine.I just bought a Hope Saw rotor 183mmhttp://www.tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?pr...;category_id=76But the new Hope Saw rotor is too big and hits the top of the caliper. The forks and the caliper are IS mounts. Can anyone help me out ?Thanks. josh barker
well your old rotor must have been a 180, and you have now gone to a 183, i think the extra 3mm is for the adapter (post mount), so you could put it in a lave and take a tad off the rotor or just buy a new one. DannyBazz (:
doubt it mateMy LBS said that you have to order custom order adapters... so in theory you could order one to make it fit... but for the price it would cost you may as well buy the right rotor, and also my LBS are full of shit
trialsmax04
drill the brake mount in the forks slightly bigger/ oval them. then you can fine tune the caliper all of 1.5mm

skinny paul
If you look at the hope saw rotor on tarty it says its not compatible with the mono trials brake might be why it don't fit.
