it also has a awesome 70's style chase scene =)

i think the best way to practice is flat, learn to rock, ( wheelie then endo)

then learn the balance on the back?

and of course bunnyhops are essentialist

then try stuff on a curb and gradually build yourself up :)

Ryan Leech mastering the art of trials is something you should definetely check out, full movie is on youtube but is split up into 5 different videos i think. Its got all the basics and advanced stuff. Read through all the tutorials on trashzen.com aswell.
