To start off with, I focused on my balance (learning to track stand), then I began learning to hop on my back wheel. Then I focused on bike control (placing your bike accurately) then from there I picked up everything else pretty quickly and was able to gap, tap, side hop and my bike control was improving. I learnt these skills on very small objects and over a couple of years I have practised and now can use the skills to get onto bigger objects.

Hope this will help you start off!

Cheers, great advice! :) Is bike control like where you want your bike to land etc?
