Freewheel/ sprocket setup

Usual goes -

20" = 18t front ring/freewheel / Rear 12t sprocket/freehub

24" = 18t front ring/freewheel / rear 14t sprocket/freehub

26" = 18t front ring/freewheel / rear 15t sprocket/freehub

That seems to be the "standard" anyway, many run whatever feels right to themselves.

Any rear sprockets you could recommend? And what's the splined mean? And screw on? Just so I don't go buying something that won't work well haha

I always ran Echo TR screw on sprockets on all my bikes with Echo TR hubs. Never had an issue with any of them.

Splined's your more usual MTB setup, sprocket slides onto a freehub/boss on the hub and then held in place by a lock ring.
