It's to do with the council, planning permission, and using it only so many days a week. You'd find the gate locked so couldn't get onto the car park, and you mustn't park on the road or they'll get complaints from the quarry next door! People/locals are trying to get Back Cowm closed down, so please don't jepordise it by riding at other times, or parking on the road, or any other reason for complaint.
