rich4130 Posted April 29, 2006 Report Share Posted April 29, 2006 Yo, I snapped my lever body last night, just tried to fix it with that of a front one, and I cannot get the piston to move up and down freely at all?Its not damaged, came out of the existing broken body fine, and moves freely perfectly well in that body, but I cant get it to even go into the new body without forcing it, with loads of grease/wd40/vaseline it will still not even go in, let alone return, pissing me off now as I wanted to ride.Anybody got any ideas? I've cleaned the lot, made sure there are no burrs on the piston, the lever body looks as if its hardly been used, yet it still wont work...im stuck..
