Freewheel

Very simple. You need a tool that removes the old freewheel with a chain whip aswell. Then all you have to do is screw on the new one by hand, grab the back break and push down on the cranks and this will automatically tighten it. If you can't get hold of the tool just get a local bike shop to do it.
