RobinJI Posted May 14, 2007 Report Share Posted May 14, 2007 No worries, lots of people get Hayes rotor sizes wrong, because Hayes being American use imperial measurements. So the rotors just say 8" not 203mm. In reality a Hayes 8" rotor = 203mm and a Hayes 6" rotor = 160mm (I know 160mm isn't 6", but meh, that's what they are, I know from experience)And like I said even if somehow it was a 205mm (which it isn't) it would still work fine in an avid.
