I clean the bars first. Then pour a little amount of water inside the grips and on they go! They usually turn around in the beginning, but the water will dry. You can speed it up by turning the grips or with a hairdryer.

well. i would like to get tapping and gapping dialed. atm i just gap straight and my taps are pretty low. also would like to get my sidehop technique to two wheels and manuals right. good practicing on the new year!

a chris king headset is the best. you wont need a headset for a long time. it's expensive though. just get it fitted in a bikeshop and you will have no problems.
