    Finsbury park is friggin miles away though. What's there to ride there anyway? Seems a bit far to ride from central London to me.

    Yer tis miles away... oh wait i live in kentish town now not brixton :D not too fa away anymore... but for the average person who lives in new cross its a life time away lol... ill never forget when i had to cycle it and it took me way over an hour!!! :

    wanna rid latimer rd? and that area? spots are calling :D and its near chais house

    and plus Mathew i still havent met you!? you always say your gonna come out on these london rides but i still not seen you :(

    E, S or SW will get you more riding. Liverpool St. and that kind of area seems to consist more of riding from A->B, then getting kicked off by security guards pretty quick...

    i got new spots... mark you ever check that dope bit near latimer rd?

    I had to take my BMX on the tube from time to time, generally when I couldn't be bothered riding from Southbank to Bay66, or to Meanwhile 2 (Royal Oak kinda way), or to Rom. You're allowed it on the District, Circle, Hammersmith & City, and a few others - there's info on tfl.gov.uk. You're only allowed on at non-peak times, so NOT between 9am-12pm and 4pm-7pm, or something along those lines. The morning rush hour one might be a different time, but the evening one's right.

    So I just got here from the US (I'm studying here for the semester) and I built up my bike last night. I can't believe my bike made it! I'm in London, in Clerkenwell and have never been to the UK before, so I have no idea where to go or ride or whatever. Anyways, I hope this is okay to post in this thread. I'm going to take my bike out today, and saw that I missed a posted London ride at 11, at the slanted wall, but I have no idea where that is? Also, can you take your bike on the tube? Thanks for all the help! I hope to meet some people and ride soon. I'm free all week and hope to check the forums frequently. Thanks again,

    If you're going on a weekend, vast majority of side streets in Southwark are free. If you find the massive London ride thread, search for parking and you'll find a map I made.

    Stop sharin london knowledge and come ride this weekend bro!!!!

    Looks like sunday is going to be a nice day weather wise........going to be arriving in liverpool st bout 10.30-11 so if anyone wants to meet us there thats kool.

    Then its a ride somewhere near the river to pick up muffman, then follow his estate trail and hidden riding spots around the place all day.......Hows that for a plan?
