hi the best thing to do is buy a crank pull form halfords or www.tartybikes.co.uk or just undo both bolts and ride around out side but make sure u spry it with wd40 before you ride round it helps the cranks to come off hope i have helped with your question thanks SAM

hi it does matter you should go clockwise. grind away from the brake so clockwise always remember to wear safety goggles it hurts when metal flicks in your eye and make sure u let your tire down hope i have helped you with your question thanks sam

hi try and tighten your cones there in the middle of your frame and your wheel there are too one on each side try and tighten them if it still wobbles take your wheel off and have a proper look check your axle check your cones it will be allot easier to tighten them up when your wheels off and if you do all that and it still wobbles take it back to the place you brought it from and tell them whats up with it and hopefully they should fix it for free but it shouldn't be anything bad as your bike is new and every thing has too bed it but when stuff does get loose make sure u tighten every thing (bb/freewheel/back wheel/front wheel/ect...) hope this has helped you with your question thanks sam

hi don't buy a new seat they don't need one and they look better with out it aswell buy a back hs33 that will improve your bike allot. i think there is a hs33 in forsale/wanted have a look there and have a look on tartybikes.co.uk for some new tires try going for some tryall tires or some maxxis thanks sam hope this has helped you with your question
