Hi there. Yeah you need to lower that front and also you need suck the bike up into you when you take off because this will give you more time in the air, therefore you will make the gap. i find if i go a little sideways before i take off it helps. But that me. Thats on flat to flat gaps. On drop gaps all you need to do is kick and suck up a little bit, i find it helps. But remember drops gaps are so much easyer than flat to flat gap so dont think just because you have done a big drop gap that you can do the same size gap on a flat to flat. Good luck.
