  1. You could make a start by donating appropriate articles to the BikeTrial UK website - it could be good to have an "articles" page, reports on events etc. Email any submissions to info@biketrialuk.co.uk
  2. More details added ... YMSA dates and venues for 2005 2005 European Championship to be held in Sweden.
  3. Competition dates for 2005 are now being arranged. www.biketrialuk.co.uk now has the final dates for the British Championship rounds, the TykeTrial dates, Hampshire dates, and WEMCC (South West) dates for 2005 added. NOTE: There has been a change to the Devon Round of the British Champs, it is now on 3rd July instead of 17th April. Are you planning on running any trial events? Don't forget to buy your raffle tickets while you're on the site!

  5. Barbara from Cleanbikes was given the challenge of dressing up for Halloween at the YMSA trial on 31st October with promises of sponsorship towards Britain 2005 World Round fund. She rose to the challenge and made herself look an idiot, as the picture shows, and served up "witches brew soup" for the occasion. :P Carol Slinger kindly joined in dressed as "Snow White" and even brought along her dwarves! :-" Will post here once the money's been counted up, but they raised well in excess of £100 with more still promised. :P If you want to contribute to their efforts, send your donation via PayPal to "raffle@biketrialuk.co.uk". Come on ... it's for a good cause!!!
  6. Tickets will also be available to buy at TykeTrial, Essex, Hampshire, and possibly YMSA competitions very soon. If you want to send a cheque or postal order for your tickets, send it with your name, address and phone number to the address on the "2005" page.

Thanks also has to go to all of the observers, who are too many to name them all here! Unusual in Britain, but the weather stayed fine and dry for all of the events making for a much more pleasurable time all round for campers, riders, and helpers. BikeTrial UK will soon be planning the dates for the 2005 British Championship events and the BikeTrial UK calendar will be updated within the next couple of months. If you want to enter British rounds, or even the World rounds in 2005, get joined up to a BikeTrial UK affiliated club* and get your BIU license early to receive all the entry forms and information. *Necessary to receive an ACU license *BikeTrial UK affiliated clubs are: TykeTrial; Essex BikeTrial Club; Hampshire BikeTrial Club
