from what i have used try-all foam grips last a good time, monty foam grips last a day plazmatic.crm pads last a long time on a light grind, koxx browns seem to last me months and koxx yellow didn`t last to long but were good even on a smooth rim but mint on a grind richy.2006@hotmail.com

go for a onza t-pro they are quite cheap and also have front feewheel,19inch rear wheel and the great magura brakes purfect for starting out on i say

i wudnt even bother using one give your bike some character with some scratches

the avids do seem verry good as i see lots of great riders using them but i would still choose my hope mono trials over any Mechanical disk or even a magura with a decent set of pads in.

Sounds like a decent set up get echo forks and either onza carbon riser bars or zoo bars

get some front freewheel cranks like adamants or tensiles and a new back wheel with a screw on cog

Shipley glenn is great to ride if you like natural riding

deffo go for a onza limey from supercycles and get a free chrisking headset great value for money

deffo go for a onza t-pro then gradualy upgraid it till your happy

That is a great deal you have got a smart bike for your money .....the stickers look abit dodgey though
