  1. I feel very sorry for Dirty Hunty. Someone has obviously played a very cruel joke on him, making him think he was worthy of exiting NMC to the big pond. They knew he coudln't take it, they played him like a puppet. Now he's suffering, can someone please put him down.

  2. Would the company presumably have insurance for this type of event anyway? So perhaps being overly concerned about their suffering isn't so due?

Anyway, it's worth doing not just for the sake of yourself but also for other employees. The impact of being sued/somebody claiming compensation is perhaps more likely for them to create conditions where accidents are less likely to happen

However, I also respect you if you don't feel the need to try and 'get money'. Sometimes it's good not be motivated by such things and have the capacity to just walk away and move on in life. The 'it happens' mentality can be very effective, in terms of happiness. My family had a case against the NHS for negligence in the death of my dad but decided against it. Although, the idea of taking away money from such an essential service played a considerable role in that decision.

If my brain could put down what it thinks on paper, I think that would cut it close.

Were you provided full training on the machine?

Did you sign off any safe systems of work or risk assessments?

  3. I think people have got a bit too wrapped up in their little health and saftey bubble wrapped world. This video is not from our country, our country has become very attached to its health and saftey rules, a bit too attached in some places but nevertheless its a good thing, I can't deny that.

If you have seen some of things that go on regarding power tools, electric, hydraulic and pneamatic in countries inside and outside of the EU you would find the way he was handling that cutter was nothing compared to other things. I've seen people do alot worse things with hand held angle grinders, apart from the person holding the grinder there isn't much stopping that boucning around the place if someone dropped it (until the hopefully springed switch clicks back), even then it takes a while for it to spool down (unless lodged in some bone).

Admitted, you wouldn't catch me doing that with a home made cutter. Althought you would catch me with a rather large angle grinder, some nice thick gloves, steelies and a good pair of specs cutting up bits of metal.

On the frame side, were you destroying the frame to prove it is now unuseable to claim on the warrenty? To save having to send it off?

  4. cod and uo, which in my opinion are still the greatest call of duty's available.

    Yesssssssssss.

If it was between COD4 and 5, I'd say 4. Enjoyed it alot more, especailly the sneaking around sniping bit. I think I'll play COD 5 for a couple of weeks, then get bored of it.

Hopefully it will keep me occupied till OPERATION FLASHPOINT 2 comes out!!!!!!! Now, hopefully that will be an epic game, if you've ever played BF2 and loved it you should love this even more.

Anyone played the Project Reality mod for BF2? (Bit off topic, meh). Reality Mod Homepage

  5. Finished aquring it. Doubt I will buy it, not worth it really.

Single player was way too short, seem to have missed out the British Forces efforts in WW2. Storyline was alright, could have done with some less in your face moments, needed more sniping moments.

    Mulitplayer............

Not really fussed on the attachments you can get for some of the guns. Silencer on the thompson sub machine gun!!!!! I'm not the best with the history of guns, but I have never seen one. Ever. I've seen a sten gun with a silencer, british special forces used them I belive. Also some of the sights you can get are ridiculous and I'm dam sure they wouldn't have been about then.

Maybe I'm wrong, if I am tell me.

Apart from all that negativity, its still good to go blasting people in the face with a BAR.

  6. I bought COD - It was awsome

I bought COD UO - It was even better

I bought COD 2 - It was alright

    I bought COD 3 - Oh no I didn't

I bought COD 4 - Havn't I seem some of these buildings before? Havn't I heard these sounds before? Ahh yes COD2 re textured in places. Took no time at all to compleate. Not many people

seemed to bother making custom maps like they used to for the origanal game.

I'm aquring COD 5 - Wait for it to finish being aquired. Then I shall rate it, if its better than COD4 I might buy it.

Maybe I'm just too much of a COD UO veteran, stuck in my old ways......

  7. Can't we all just get along and make love with each other?.............

    Yes.

I'm glad he's up and about, looks like he's got a long way to go yet, to get to his full strength. He looked quite weak in that video. Can't wait to see him rip it up.

Off topic slrightly, his wife looks very much alike him. Too much alike.......

  8. i honestly couldnt care less

    :)

Will we ever get this much coveridge in america for out elections? Will we even get this amount in our own country.

I know America is the "big player" in world affairs but I just get sick to the back teeth with all of the publicity that it has got on the news, its not like what we think will matter as we don't have the vote, america does. Fair enough, announcing that there is an election a few times, then when its over let us know whos in power a few times. Thats all that is needed. Bit more coveridge on the state of our economy "that also bores me but its quite important", more news on whats going on overseas with our troops "we've also had plenty of that, but thier still over there".

I hope people can understand what i'm getting too, without jumping up and down staying how much this election will effect us......

  9. The origanals are still the best COD and COD UO for PC.

Awsome maps, even better custom maps on multiplayer.

Not sure if I'll by COD 5, I've got the rest of them but to be honest I'm getting bored of them using the same materials, for instance textures, skins and frames that they use for buildings. Alot of its just touched up versions of what thet did in the origanal COD.

Operation FlashPoint 2 is where its going to be at............

  10. He also has this beautifully kept tumble dryer. CLICKY Which has been conveninatly stored in his living room, along with 5 DVD players, 3 TV's, 2 Playstation 3s, Car stereos with some (small) scratches on the sides (he says their awkward to get out).

Must be getting stocked up for the crimbo bargain rush.
