  1. Right, has anyone got the part number for Truvativ blaze 175mm powerspline cranks. I'm in a bit of doo doo in work and don't fancy ringing truvativ in the netherlands.

Put it this way, two x-iles sitting out the back with no cranks and crimbo on its way.

  2. We have ordered one for our store too, some 12 year old kid ordered it :- does look alot nicer though, i saw file down ur minin seat if thats what you run, iv seen people mold there booster into the mini seat now thats cool

Yes, but we've got ours on display sh*tbox.

    :P

Guess what, our stores taking more money than yours , with £12'000 less payroll. *As if you care*

  3. Gotcha.

Then go for the Foxconn NF4K8AB-8EKRS, get a Sempron 3300+ and a gig of Crucial or Kingston memory (nice and cheap). then you can overclock that.

And then buy a new graphics card too.

Yes, any ATX power supply will fit that case. Although I'm not big on Thermaltake cases I have to admit...

Alright, that sounds better. I think the gb will be needed. See, I get a full time job and the first thing I do is blast away at money. *Promises to start saving after crimbo" :)

  4. Thing is, this is the family computer. I want one of my own. That I know the inns and outs of. With a nice case.

I just want a gaming machine that I'vebuilt myself that can go in my bedroom.

So what motherboards can you reccomend that can take PCI express graphics cards.

Another question, I want to buy this ATX case CLICK HERE

But it dosn't come with a psu, would all atx psu units fit in there?

  5. Cheers for the info mate. I must have posted just after you.

I'm not all that clever with PC's. Rememeber that.

I'd just like to build one fr myself. I could always sell my Radeon not too old. Plus there is a small market for them.

So the nForce 4 graphics cards are PCI?

So I can run one of those instead. Its not something I'm going to rush to build, so I can spend some money on it.

Heres another question, shall I go intel or amd?

    lol

Been looking at these bundles. Intel seem to be at stupid prices.

    Intel Bundle

    AMD

  6. Right, I'm building up my own PC. I need some advice.

Do I need an AGP slot to run my graphics card, is a radeon 9800.

Was looking at this motherboard nForce4 Ultra (939)

Can I put my graphics card on there?

Going to have a Athlon 64 3500 processor on there too, 512mb RAM.

So guys, anyone know the answer, could I run it on there?

  7. Firstly I've learnt to have a good wheel you have to look after it, whoever built it. Keep the spokes at a good tension.

Secondly build them yourself, its much more satisfying. Your best off getting an old wheel, spokes and a hub which will just fit togher. Too get the lacing patterns right. You can get the patterns off the internet, and how to build them strong. Best way is to build them yourself, I'm sure many will agree.

  8. I think at the moment we have around 80 bikes to pdi before crimbo.

I'm sure more well established stores would do alot more.

Just can't wait for the awkard customers after crimbo, I love a good argument, especially when its something like "I bought this bike, and the cranks have fallen off!!" "Did you buy it boxed?" "Yes"

End of, lovly. Can I interest you in these really cheap cranks as a replacement, and charge you for the privilge.

  9. I'm with the people saying keep brant out of the trials industry over here.

If the quailty of a 24" frame is going to be anything like the zebdi it will be utter sh*t. If the warrenty issues would be anything like the zebdi it would be utter sh*t. When I buy a frame I would usually expect it to last more than 4 odd months of light riding. It was a flipping street frame.

I'd say not to bother, really isn't worth it. I'll stick with my leeson.

  10. Well I've had it for about 3-4 months now, so here are the pics when it was brand new out of the box, before I cracked the forks both sides underneath the crown race.

    I think its bloody marvelous.

At this point I was icthing to ride the thing.

Had to take some photos first.

    Before I broke anything.

There it is in its full glory, all finished after this I went out and rode, loved it.

    Geo:

    1030 WB

    383mm Chainstays

    44.5 Degree Headtube

    12CM Headtube Length

    15+mm BB Rise

    Backward mount forks.

Wish I'd got forward mounts now, can't do squeakers.

Atm I'm running pashley forks as I've cracked the leesons (probs my fault)

She rides really sweet and I think I've done well with the colours.

If the images are loading up too slow tell me and I may change them.

    What you think?

    Edit:

Only picture I have of me riding it.
