and for brake mounts (disk/maggie/v brake)

right ive made a rather large career choice to get out of the farm i work in and learn to drive hgv
im doing it with a company called pathway for a total cost of £999
has anyone ever done any hgv training and completed it?
im just looking for a heads up of what to expect
-

i had same problem i presume your using new style maggie
http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....p;#entry2010789
i had a google and found the only way to make it fit right again was to gently sand the lower on the piston
after this i put it back together and it worked fine with no leaks, just make sure the "O" ring seal is lightly lubricated before you put it back in
hope i helped

Im sure you want to swap that frame for a gu typhoon 2007...
Nice bike mate, i like the red bits
i swapped my tank of a gu typhoon 06 for this frame so no thanks
-
fixed it proper this time
problem was the actual piston had exspended a little due tto grime building up on it
after a little light sanding with wet and dry paper it slipped right in and returned the piston hitting me in the face...
bleed it and re-set it up, no leaks from the sanding on the piston and it works a treat better then ever before
-
still have an issue
now it seem the piston doesnt want to move smoothly inside the lever it just gets stuck as i push it in...?
not sure what to do?
-
FIXED IT
used a syringe and stuck it in the end of the hose gave it a squeeze and the piston popped out
-
undo the hose. Push it out with a 2mm allen key. Lube it up, away you go
no dont work cause im using new style lever!
-
the lever pistion is stuck
its stuck as far down as it will go and wont return up
-
ok simple idea
magura was getting lazy so decided to give it a fresh bleed with water...
took it off bike, undo bleed screws
pressed lever to start removing old water and the piston didnt come up
how to fix please people
-
the only thing i do have to say is the white grip dont really fit with the rest of the colour scheme you've gone for,

isnt this a perfectly good waste of internet space
-
what is that stem ?
standard one that comes with the saracen mad
-
Hahaha that's a pretty impressive list and obv playstation 'cause it's better *cue arguments*
What about like rail balance?
Manuals would be pedal kick then lean back?
You'd have to have weight shift left and right as well as turn left and right, 'cause possible street riding on slanted things...
But your list of potential controls has made me think the game would be possible
But too small an audience...
playstation 6 axis controller
tilt for total control
-
why two topics?
erm ive not dont it on a combat
but ive done it on a dx32 and it worked fine
this might help

should have saved a bit more money and got an onza
-
i did it on my old dx32 when i was running my black saracen
the frame broke before the wheel so i can happily say it lost no strength
i think i drilled 25mm holes with a 10mm pilot hole
