Hi there mate,i run a kmc kool chain,and yes they are very strong,i run one on my fly bmx,and one on my zoo,and there only £6.99.i would highly reccomend one.

I get back pain really bad,im only 17 and have got stretch marks all over my back,the marks are on my lower back,i have hot radox baths,but that dosen't help,can someone please give me and the other person some good advice thanks.

Hi there mate,i used to have a gasgas 125,2003 model,you say gasgas 125 is the best trials bike,that is your opinion,i like beta 125s,as for other cc bikes my favourite is the montesa 4rt,what more can i say.shane.

Rock pads are not wank,all the pads are more or less the same performance,compounds may vary,but rock pads from what i have, are amazing the performace of them so far is amazing,they are tested by top riders,so they are good enough for my liking,and will get some more when i need some,its personal perference.

Hi people,i have just had my rim ground at the rear,and put the new rock pads on,and the performance of the pads is unreal,they have give me a lot more confidence on the back wheel,because i know that 9 times out of 10 it will hold,thanks to adam at tartybikes for doing a great job,really appreciated the service.thanks shane.

Hi there people,this might not be trials realated,but it is that insane i had to tell you,i have just picked up my weekly newspaper mcn,which i get every wednesday,mad man, ryan capes,is has already jumped 260ft,but now he is throwing in a superman-seatgrab for good measure,but in september 2006, he also jumped 310ft setting a new world record,he said in 2010 he is going to attempt a 400ft jump,he said he is confident of doing it,but is also retiring in 2010 so it will not matter,MAD or what.thanks shane.ps the picture in mcn is sick.
