wtf? you can't rub down chrome plating! paint/primer WILL NOT stick to chrome, no matter how much you put on! it needs to be sand blasted :huh: have a look in yellow pages under "blast cleaning" and you should find some local places

Bearings are probably gone. I got a replacement set from supercycles a while go really cheap if you need a new set.
dont think they do anymore

dont know much about them, but i know spares are very hard to get! it could be a shattered bearing posibly? since the bearings are placed under a lot of stress since the axle is divided into two sections! (fairy elephants shattered the bearing in his) have you stripped it?

wouldn't say easily! lol but yeah, you can put a nut under the mount once it has stripped

i think the chainstays are 395mm (they were on my old B26, and the geo is the same on the B26D) bb drop varies, depending on forks (i had Pure forks on it, so the drop wasn't to extreme) and i think my wheelbase was about 1050 ish. mine did ride quite well, but the geo is very out of date now and standover clearence isnt to great either

why is that so cheap???!!! i hav an R reg 1.25 Fiesta 16v Zetec sport (no alloys, 5 door etc) and the insurance on that is £1309 tpft! and thats with an alarm, immobiliser etc! i didnt think you could even insure a GT as a first car! :huh:

So, are you trying to say, because you parents earn more money than mine they're better? I hope you're having a f**king laugh, my parents are divorced, and my mum works in a school, it isn't her fault the government pays her shit wages for what she does. She isn't a cleaner or something like that, she's the only person in the school who will deal with the "special needs" kids who are basically the naughty kids.
It didn't bribe me to go to 6th form when I was there, I went in everyday until I finished my AS level courses, then I stopped as I knew I was leaving. The only days I didn't go in were when I was ill. Argh I hate people who talk shit. I could go into this more but I'm bored.
of course im not trying to say my parents are better :turned: and im not talking shit, im merely stating my opinion. just because my parents earn more money, it doesn't mean they spend it on me. in fact, a lot of my friends whose parents earn less than mine actually live more comfortably than me (in that they have more free money to spend) i work f*cking hard for my money, and some of my friends get away with working at bloody waitrose for 2 hours a week, because they get so much money from the government. im not saying they should abolish EMA, but i think this "£100 bonus" is a piss take to the taxpayer, and i think there should be tighter regulations on how the money can be spent.
Edit: imagine how many £££££million is given away each time the £100 bonus is due? and meanwhile perfectly healthy people are dying in hospitals simply because we have such a s*it under funded NHS. i just think vast amounts of money like this needs to be spent in much better ways
