Around 50 psi on each tire for me i'm 5ft 10" and weigh 9 1/2 stone and mainly do park. Jed.

Cheers for the replys it's good to get alot of your opinions on it. I never use to wear a helmet but when i start to do bigger things on a bike i defenitly will!

what set up are you running? but in most cases tensioners are defiantly worth it unless you want to use half links.
