  1. Well all depends on what you want to be doing mate Personaly i prefer a stock (26" bike) Because i have grown up getting used to them But i also know loads of people who ride mod (20" bike) and they find it easy to do all sorts of things I think its easier to get more height with a bigger bike i.e the 26" frame Also the the person before this post saying about an onza T-rex for £500 is a bit exphensive There is a bike shop near me that sells them for £340 Absolute bargain And im not one to object but personaly i wouldnt get an onza Because if your happy with spending £700 pounds in the first place you might as well buy a decent bike in the first place Will save you money if u buy decent bike in the first place in the long run {Spudrik}
  2. Echo 07 rims are like cheese from my experience Why not try a try-all rim? Or even a new BT They are £35 You can get them from tartybikes or probably find them cheaper on ebay or other websites Tarty bikes What ever one you end up getting out of the huge choices Let us know if it was a good buy and if you recomend the rim you got because im sure we would all like to know for when we get our next rim {Spudrik}
  3. They are the leading cranks for a reson. Read up about them. You obviously know what your talking about when you are talking about downhill etc.. But you said it annoys you when people dont take your advise who cares if people dont take your advise alot of people dont take mine but the idea is to give people advise so they have choices Its just helpful to them to give them more options So dont run down and slag everyone off on this forum cos we dont take YOUR advise Sort it out!! Edited by mod: I really can't see why you bothered to drag this thread up from yesterday. Did you bother to read everyones posts?

  10. A few people I know have taken their split link out as they know alot of people who's chains have snapped because of it. I think it all depends how hard you ride You would probably be better off without it if you could spare some length of the chain going {Spudrik}
