  1. You seem to be missing the point I'm making - they're taking into account ALL the immigrants that come into our country (i.e. those who work and those who don't), so even if some immigrants aren't working, they're still not actually a drain on the economy as they're effectively being paid for by the other immigrants who come into the country. I know it's not like they actually pay them off directly through the government, but hopefully you'll see what I mean.

With regards your posts that I quoted, you seemed to be making it clear - like with the "If a dog's born in a stable, that doesn't make it a horse" thing that being born in the UK didn't mean anything, specifically in regard to that guy's kids, then you totally changed your tune?

Fair enough yeah, but about the kids, i didnt actually read the article fully until a while ago, i saw something about 3 years ago and i thought thats how long his family has been here for. My bad.

  2. Um...

EDIT: And equally, like I said before, immigrants put more back into the UK treasury than they take away, so they're a positive influence on the treasury. Positive = good, not bad.

Well actually the send them back home was referring to migrants in general. And thats not racist related, im not like that, its based on the points i made a couple of posts ago. And yeah, imigrants that WORK put money into the treasurey, the ones on the dole dont.

  3. A drain on the economy is a drain from the economy no matter what though. If - random figure - £100 million is spent on benefits a year, and £200 a week is going to some UK-born person who's rinsing the system, and £200 a week is going to someone who's moved to the UK who's rinsing the system, why bother segregating them? Just because they happened to be born in the UK doesn't really mean they're more entitled to rinse that much money from the system, if they did it in the style of the guy in the NOTW story?

In that you yourself used the phrase "UK resident from birth", does that mean that guy's kid's should be entitled to take money from the system like that because they're "UK residents from birth" too?

Yes it does. the reason i say uk resident from birth is that the chances are they went to school, got a job, worked for a good few years, got into some problems and are now on the dole, he will probably be on benefits for a while, but chances are he will get a job. Wheres someone whos migrated into this country probably works for a year has some kids and lives off the benefits because they know its easy living. I think that over a lifespan the uk born people would have given more to the economy than a migrant, and therefore deserve the benefits. And also, bit of a crap point really, but the uk government is likely to have the benefit system calculated for the people of the uk to use so they dont lose anything, so really they are more entitled for it. Cant really get my point across with the last one. <_<

  4. So does that mean anyone living in the UK who's "scrounging" should be immediately deported because they've found out that they can get more money from not working than from working? Scum are scum, no matter where they're from.

Well no, if someone was a uk resident from birth then its another story, they've been here and have a right to be here so why should they be moved? Its migrants that annoy me, they come over here and just ponce and it costs the uk money that we work for.

  5. mmmm

    im too tired after doing my assignments to care or to defend myself properly, but all ill say is;

im not saying that they should be sent back because of their race, im saying it beacause the dad has migrated over here and settled, got a job, had some kids and has now decided to quit his job because his kids give him enough benefit money. Yeah fair enough, well done that hes figured out that you dont have to work but its just a waste of the economys money for people in his situation to come to the uk and not give anything back. If it means anything to you, its nothing to do with their race so dont jump to conlusions about it, if it was a family from germany or america i would feel the same. Im just peeved that great britain has lost its greatness, and you cant even fly an english flag in school due to this because it "may offend other religions". So what, its england?

Call me narrow minded, but thats what I and a lot of the british population think. Im going to bed now so stir over this as much as you like, goodnight.

  6. I've said it before and I'll say it again. "If you're a racist fanny, you're a racist fanny."

They were born in the UK. They could get a UK passport. They can get a National Insurance number. They ARE British. Just because their skin isn't as purely white as the driven snow doesn't mean they couldn't feasibly be of more benefit to the country than you or I.

    ??

They werent always here though. And im not being racist, i just think its bullshit that they get to live so easily.

  7. Well they told me "Week comencing you were £5.69". I worked on night during that week. So it'll have had to have been that one night. I didn't count the till and i'm not going to lie about it.

I do, may have been my fault, may have not. It just pisses me off that all's been well untill now, and they ask for £5 from me, you would have thought they'd have let it slide.

Your just gonna have to swallow your pride and pay it mate. You signed the contract so you cant really get around it.

  8. Thats a shit excuse not to, that V8 fiat isnt designed for a V8, theres the 3.0 v6 nova and many others, but the are all cool because of the engine and are not hated just because their shit cars to start with.

Wasnt saying they shouldnt do it? Personally i think its a brilliant idea. However the "gay" was reffering to the difficulty of said idea.

  9. You are aware a lot of (If not all?) those kids were born in the UK, so "sending them home" would be sending them to their room, effectively?

Its been said before, and i'll say it again. "If a dog is born in a stable, it doesn't make it a horse."

  10. Right, with the engine conversion its going to be highly gay for a 3 main reasons:

    1. The cars not designed for a quick engine.

    2. The cars not designed for a quick engine.

    3. The cars not designed for a quick engine.

number 1 refers to the fact that the wiring looms are going to be completely different and will need splicing together, this requires specialist work 90% of the time unless your handy at that sort of stuff. Number 2 refers to the chassis - youre probably going to need the subframe from the car the engine has come from or a custom subframe as the original chassis isnt designed for that sort of power. 3 refers to getting the power down, you will need the gearbox too which will probably require modifying the body/floorpan and also most v6s and v8s are rear wheel drive, and to be honest i dont think your going to be able to find the right length driveshaft to go down to the back wheels and whatever.

If youve taken all this into account already, and are going ahead with it - i salute you

    Just my two pence...

  11. I believe your a sound lad, i really do but nobodys gonna believe you until you get the stuff posted. Dont take long mate, get it over and done with and it will all be sweet.

  12. I agree. I was watching a video today and thinking it must be pretty old because the guy was actually riding some nice lines and I haven't seen that for a while. It turns out that the video was actually from last week - Cap's MJCycles 2 video - but the point still stands :P
