hey peeps, ive got around £18 quid to spend on pads to run on a grind and posibly in the wet(e.g 1 set of pads that run in the wet dry and on a grind) im just wondering if any one has any recomendations within my budget?

I would not listen to them all you need to do really is clean down your rim and use a bit of tar making sure you spread it the whole way round your rim then it should be fine lol.

although watching a good trials video makes me want to improve and generally makes me want to ride right then.

i was thinking that but most of my t-bird parts are standard apart form ashton stem and bars. and brakes
buy new cranks, bottom bracket, maybe wheels?, freewheel and get the t-pro frame.

dipping the front wheel to much and over the bars, shin diggs, back wheel snapping, front wheel coming loose, and last but the worst is scratching my bike i hate it.
just quit.

Depends what pads your running! its obvious that plasmatics are going to bed in within a day, because they only last about a month.
3-5 days on a smooth rim
rims with a grind OK maby 2 days.
plazzies last about 6 months
phat pads are a hard compound and don't take long to bed in.

I would maybe invest in some new brakes like the echo ones or you can get a new pair of rims or maybe a bar and stem combo. How old are you today
he has 85 quid, he can't afford it? he could get a lever that he can't use but isn't that a bit pointless.
happy birthday. I would only get new rims if yours are breaking/really weak. I don't think that saracens can take wide rims?
if I were you I would use the money on something you need, not just to pinp your bike up.
like tires maybe? and keep some money spare incase you break something.
otherwise you would get annoyed when your bike breaks when you just spent all your money on something you didn't need.
