I have a sony camcorder and I've got the video's off it but, they are saved as a .mts extension When i play these files the quality is appauling and it jerks all over the shop. Any suggestions on what to do?? Maybe some software to convert the video's to mpeg or whatever?

get riding with better people (the kinda people who make you think wtf?!? when they ride.) also ride with someone slightly better than you who will push you then ride lots you'll get better and want to become the next tunni. I always found that when you reach a point where you cant seem to improve i get bored but then i'll have a sudden increase in skill level brings back the joy in riding also riding new spots is always nice
