At the moment there is only one version of the slate frame. I've been riding it for over 8 months now. It's very stiff and I have no need to run a brake booster. Hope this helps.
thank you, but obviously you won't never tell bad things about rockmans
has anyone ever broke one ?
-

Hey !
Some weeks ago I broke my hydroxx 2 frame. While I wait for the guarantee process, I might get a rockman slate frame, but I'm not sure about it. I read in this forum and at otn that there were 2 productions: the first was bad, because it had flex and built problems; but the second was good. Is it true ?
I've used the search option to find information about it, and in this forum I haven't read only 1 topic talking bad about it.
Ant information about this frame will help me a lot
Sorry for my bad english

Hey'all

Some frames like this and the speed race fans are travelling to Spain right now ...
I might get one when they arrive. If I do it, I'll post pictures.
Looking to the chainstay you may think that's a dent, but it isn't, as you can see here (http://tribalzine.com/?Easy-Bike-Solo-2010-20-26&lang=fr)
Cheers

the zhi looks like an hydroxx, and the bionic looks like a sky
how much for them ? weight ?

26s don't brake as much as the 20s, they resist much more; but, obviously, they aren't as unbreakable as adamants
I'm form near Barcelona, and here lots of people ride montys. I know about many people how have broken 20s, but I only know about a guy who broke a 26

Was wondering if the kamel frames are as snap happy as the rumors suggest.
Also is it just the mod and is it, IYO the bash mount causing it?

I've had an hydorxx 20" and the frame lasted 9 months, then it broke. It was the first version of the frame.
Since 3 weeks ago I was riding a hydroxx 2 26", and it also broke. I rode her since march 2009.
Both frames didn't have any dents, they broke because of the use.
If I were you, I wouldn't go for a sky. I would go for a echo lite, an echo team, a zoo lynx or a rockman manus
