Make sure you have enough and the correct washers on the pads the brake needs to be in a \ / Shape when not pressed also loosen pads, hold brake in and tighted them back up so they are flush with the rim... Make sure its not too loose and you dont have to pull it all way in to bars to make it work. Ash~
