evo are damn nice cars but they are hardly nice to look at, but that sure ain't an improvement. it looks ugly as sin. it looks like a car that you find in your local carpark at 12 on a friday and saturday night trying to impress 12 year old girls by doing handbrake turns.
fair enough im all for tuning a f**king quick car but jesus that looks shocking.
also how many people who could afford a car like that are actually going to waste money on something that looks boy racerish to f**k, i think more would buy a merc an audi or a tvr...
i know where my money would be going if had enough cash and it sure as hell wouldn't be a bodykitted evo pumping out a rediculous amount of horsepower.... it would be one of these

not riden there but around the exhibition centre looks ok, not so sure if it is that good. have seen a few trials riders plodding around while i was there though.
been meaning to go for a while now, shame shitty exams are on monday means im starting revision tomorrow.
anyway if you go tell us if its any good as don't want to waste time going if it is shit.

the whole sponging off the economy is a total load of bollocks. you will find that in the uk we have only 8% of 'immigrants' yet these people contribute 10% to gdp. the whole argument that they sponge off the economy is shit. they generally take the low paid jobs that we feel we are to good for and nobody wants.
also the argument that religious symbols are taken away from hospitals is a sign of the times. how many people in the uk actively go to church or even follow a religion, it is certainly declining. it isnt the foreign immigrants demanding that they are taken away, just a simple sign that we are a multiracial and multi religion country and every member of society deserves the same right.
look at it this way if you want to move to spain you feel that you would have no problem moving there, it is your right to be allowed. it is so hypocritical that 1000's of people emmigrate and we see it as the norm, like we are superior so should be allowed, yet when somebody tries to come here you all get on your high horse.

right got new forks yesterday came fitted with star nut though nice and dandy. done the top bolt up and it has just pulled at it out of the fork. bit annoyed at that.
so go and try to fit another and it has a really narrow diamater compared to the diameter of the star nut. so basically it wont fit and if i do ram it in it will be so bent that it wont work.
are there any other options hope head doctor ? are they any good?
can you get smaller star nuts?

i never feel like i dont have enough energy. i get the feeling of tiredness but thats differnent. when lying in bed tired, as in wanting sleep, i still feel i could do alot of energy requiring exercise.
my diet isnt too bad though and i eat loads. always start the day with 6 weetabix and 4 slices of toast :mellow: works a treat, especially on a hung over sat or sunday morning with loads of bacon. lucky thing is no matter how much i seem to eat i never gain weight.
how people go without eating is beyond me.

The Police have 14 days to send you a Notice of Intended Prosecution (NIP). They also get an allowance of a couple of days for the post to deliver it. So if its more than 17 days since you were flashed they are too late to prosecute you, unless you were driving a company car, hire car or someone else's car. In these circumstances they are allowed more time to track you down.
If you do get the letter you they have up to 6 months till you go to court.
Laser jammers are a hard subject. technically there is no law banning them yet, however people have been done for perverting the course of justice carrying a maximum sentence of 7 years.
gps systems are quite good, but the laser guns have huge range before and there is little you can do, most usally catch you well before you can see them.

any local train stations / accomadation? as its near my birthday and i'd like to make a long weekend out of it (Y)
yer like a said before skipton station is closest to where everybody is camping. silsden and steeton is closest to addingham. not sure if you can camp at the auiction mart? if not there is a travel lodge bout 100m further down the road. also there are loads of B&B's in skipton but being summer quite a few will be fairly full.

Back on topic i'm going to try and make it but my dad's already taking me to NASS this year so it might not happen. I really want to go though, i've never even been to anything like that before. :) :)

i live in skipton and i cant f**king wait. worlds best riders invading town sounds shit hot to me.
the train isnt bad. wang it up to leeds then it is about 50 mins from leeds to skipton where everybody is camping, at the auction mart. about a 10 minute ride from the train station to the auction mart.
closest train station to addingham is steeton and silsden (10 mins on train from skipton).then it is about 3 miles up a fair size hill but im sure you will be able to get a lift.
the drive from the camping area is about 10 mins to addingham.
round the area we also got shipley glen which is well worth a ride. (40 mins on train) there is also leeds, and there are bits of skipton that are ok to ride. ( going to be so depressing seeing lines that i have dream about being nailed by the pros)
any info need about skipton or where to stay or directions and im sure i can help. :P

i went to a fish farm was quality to f**k. officially the easiest job ever. had to feed the fish every hour occasionally pressure wash a tank down. rest of the time i was sat in the middle of the countryside with awsome sunshine, drinking cups of tea with a huge cool dog that had to be walked everyday. and i got paid (Y)
whilst others made cups of tea in offices.
my advice is dont do something in an office get outside it will go alot quicker and it is so much better being outside!

basically you go as fast as you dare/can. bunny hoping up is easier as you can get a fair bit more speed up.
it is very hard to learn im still struggling with verticle walls. manage to do it after a fair few attempts. try it on slightly off verticle walls it is suprisingly easier.

i recon its fake. if you look they are two differnt cars. the first one is a veedub the second is a ford.
also there just isnt enough damage too the car and nobody seems to react.

im not bitching i just dont see the point, it isnt like you can reap the benefit on uk roads.
also the thing is if you can turn a 2 litre engine into that imagine what you can pump out of a 4 litre 2 seater weighing considerably less, the FQ400 needs servicing shockingly frequently so what is the point in working an engine even harder.
dont get me wrong i love evo's however i dont see the point in fettling with them especially when you make them look even worse.
