Right, on Saturday I was riding in Aberdeen.Was doing a small flat to flat gap about 4ft off the ground.In the process of doing it I got hung up on the take off and therefore had to jump over my bars leaving my bike to fall, this was the outcome: Cheers Jamie

Baisically you put them on your backwheel on the axel,there is little bolts that you screw into your frame to push against.Once the snail cam is installed correctly, you then push on the snail cam till you find the right tension of your chain then tighten your axel bolts back up. Your chain should stay tight but chains do stretch slightly.

On the rear I run koxx Blues, on a smooth, using tar.They are also very good with a grind of any sort. On the front Plazmatic CRV, on a smooth, using tar. Both brakes hold outstandingly.

Zoo bars Rear Magura Monty stem Echo lite forks Try-all front rime on a hope xc hub Zhi zm1 frame Tensile cranks Front Echo freewheel Onza VP pedals Rear Czar back fixed wheel Monty Eagel Claw tyres. I have been riding for around four years now and have relaesed two videos now which are simply found on you tube by typing in my name, (Jamie yorkston). Have been in a few compitions, due to the scotish NBTC (national bike trials club) setting them and in them I have entered intermediate and came 3rd once and 4th twice. Cheers, Jamie
