that is the same problem as what i had. what you need to do is turn the tpa all the way off, pump it through a few times untill there is no air coming out then do the bleed bolts back up making sure you do the clear pipe first and the suringe end last. then turn the tpa on untill it locks were you want it. if that fails to work, then undo the bleed bolts, turn the tpa off all the way and submirge the whole brake in a bucket of water or oil and keep pumping the lever for a few minutes then with the brake still submirged in the water or oil do the bleed bolts back up and then turn the tpa on untill it locks were you want it(brake has to be on the bike to do this) if both of these different ways fail to work then you must either be doing something wrong or you have a problem with you seals or something. chapy
