Yet again i cant sleep so decided to have a quick browse around the members forum (the interesting bit i cant post in). Whilst looking in the chit-chat column i noticed there is a really interesting topic on the universe. I personally have a lot of opinions and ideas as to what it consists of and what its made up of and am really dissapointed that i cant post in this section. If theres (anybody out there) no pun intended honest who also has any thoughts would you please post them in here. thanks vinny. P.S. im not trying to cause an argument its just generally something i think people would be interested in.

i live in accrington a short train journey away and have always wanted to ride manny centre. i have to wait for my new bike and i havent rode in about a year and a half but i should be ordering it next week and cant wait then ill come for a ride.

I dont have msn unfortunetly LOL. Anaway he probably wouldnt remember what gearing it had on it and if he did still have it i doubt he would check it for me. The thing that im still a bit pissed off about is that people were trying to tell him it was fake and not a real koxx and he got ripped off.

I just wanted to know what gearing it had on it because when i order my new bike i dont want to have to order 4 different cogs p.s. thanks for replying

Ok ive found it im a bit pissed off because my uncle sold it for me because i didnt have the internet back then. If you read the posts that go with it there all saying its a replica. Thats because my uncle doesnt know his ass from his elbow when it comes to bikes and didnt even tell me there was any questions asked..It was definately a real koxx i got it direct from koxx in france before they were even relised in this country thats why i took all the stickers off and sprayed it black because i didnt want anyone knowing what it was. Ive just read what i put and realise i sound a bit like a phsyco stalker. The reason why i need to get in touch with trialsboy is that im gettig a new bike soon and want to know what gearing i used to run because i cant remember. I think it was 18-14 or could have been 18-13 the only thing i remember is that it was a pretty hard gear. So if anyone could help it would be good.

Ive just been looking through the full members pictures and found what i think may be my old bike. I think its my old one because its even still got the rob warner pedals on. It looks like its now owned by trials boy i wouldnt mind finding out if its still going strong. If anyone knows trials boy and knows if he got the bike off ebay it would be nice?.

Well you learn something new everyday id still prefer oil than water because you dont want your brake freezing up on you do you! LOL.

I think it looks really good. Im getting a typhoon just after christmas although i havent ridden one either im just gonna take a risk. You never know you might be pleasently suprised,and the forks look sick.

Please put a pic of this bike up it sounds awesome. Dont listen to everyone else im sure the first person to come out on a 20" trials bike got some stick aswell.

WOW thanks for using what i said as a quote i used to ride on my own alot and this advice is the only thing that ever stopped me getting my bike robbed. As some of you may already know im starting riding again after crimbo and getting a GU typhoon 26" and ill be putting this advice into practice again and hopefully not getting this one robbed. P.S. hope someone sees this and validates me LOL.

I know this isnt an answer to the question but why the hell do people have water in their brakes instead of oil and how do they stay lubricated without oil.

Anyone know the answer to this one ive searched guinness world records youtube and google and cant find it. I dont desperateley need to know or anything its just out of intrest.

I also like the look of the onza if i wasnt getting a 26" i would have seriously considerd it as for the price it looks like a lot of bike compared to others ive seen.

Yeah that is a good idea but say theres more than one of them u risk them all hitting you because youve just hit their mate. but if your swinging your helmet round none of them will risk getting close especially if their mates out cold on the floor.

I used to find that the best way to avoid getting your bike robbed espacially if your on your own is just to move on as soon as you see a group of them. If you do find yourself in a situation where your cornerd and they say give me your bike just say ok dont hurt me step off your bike but keep a very tight grip of the bars with one hand then smash the closest one in the face with your helmet. Make sure you act like your actually going to give it to them and they wont realise your taking it off to hit them. Also if you swing it by the strap it hurts alot (imagine two snooker balls in a sock) no matter how hard they are they wont risk another to their face and will run off. Hope this helps someone one day Also if you dont wear a helmet get one not only do they protect your head but they make good self defense weapons. I recommend a tsg lid.

Cheers dean. Whats the story behind getting verified im currently a member of the south west civics forum and there was none of this. To say that trials isnt restricted by rules and boundaries (unless your riding comps) i think this forum is very restricted but thats just my personal opinion.
