and to answer the initial question at hand basically evrything non trialtech is crap weak and flexy thesedays deng still makes good quality rims but its been said before its down to the build, if anything breaks on my bike i look on here first for something older and more rigid rather than buying new

well it all depends on how heavy you are, how heavy your bike is, what tyres you have, and what riding your doing?? i have mine so there just soft and bouncy but like dont fold when im turning corners or whatver i dunno there just 'right', just experiment let a little bit out at a time mine are at about 20 ish but unless your the same wieght as me and have the same bike (wich you dont) then thats pretty useless, hope i'v helped a bit.

How long have you had an 04 lever for? front or back?
My front one has held out ace so far.
yeah because danny got it off onza its about 6 month old, mines about 6 years old, got a new maggie sorted now off a mate anyway but cheers for the help anyway dewds

right so basically just clean it out and lube it up to stop the metal shavings tearing the f**k outa the seal??, and as for my mate its not just the fact of his trade hes been riding a lot longer than most so knows his way round a bike very well and couldnt solve the issue but thanks for the info, im not really arsed about colour i can just polish it silver

thers the problem "leaking from the bleed bolt though and it didn't matter how hard he tightened it, it would still leak ??" hes cleary overtightened it, i did this wit a maggy lever and it happened
i doubt that cince hes an engineer for BAE and has been riding about 11 years wouldnt do something as daft as that ... im just wanting to know other peoples experiences with them because im sick of bleeding my maggie evry ride its doing my head in now, plus TR full brakes are on offer at tarty

never used a sticky but if mark says there near enough the same as a 42a maxxis wich is what iv been running for over a year then id tell you just just invest in a rubber queen, super bouncy and make your bike ride really light and flickym just stick a maxxis tube in there and its fine for punctures, as for wear rate i havent had mine long enough to know how fast it wears down but my mates had his on for a good 8 month and its still got more meat than 5 month old maxxis when i took it off.

whats wrong with Chase Hawk?
He's one of my fave BMXersi know but thats just it.... evryones treating trials like its bmx, i love to see new stuff being done on a bike thats what trials is all about afterall but people are just jumping on the danny mac bandwagon and doing stuff thats been around for years on bmx.....

EVRYONE always judges how a bike wil ride based on WB, my A1 is 1095 but rides f**k all like a zoo pirannah or whatever
, 06's over 07's but there are nicer frames out there, pythons are so overated -
right, at the moment my 04 maggie lever is pretty shagged just leaks all the time and i have to bleed it like evry ride and its getting annoying, i'v heard the the TR levers are very prone to leaking my mate had one and just went back to a maggie lever after a week or so, what i'm wanting to know is where they leak from and if its fixable?? then i could buy the lever off him saving money i dont have anyway, cheers for any help in advance guys .
